The challenge
ShelfLine's monolithic platform crashed every Black Friday and TTFB averaged 9 seconds on product pages.
Conversion was bleeding and engineering was firefighting instead of shipping features.
Our approach
We migrated to a Next.js storefront on a headless commerce backend with CDN-first asset delivery and Kubernetes auto-scaling.
All critical paths were instrumented with RUM and load-tested at 15x peak.
