Services provided

We deliver software engineering services as defined in individual Statements of Work. The website provides general information and is not a binding offer.

Intellectual property

All deliverables produced under an SoW transfer to the client upon full payment, except for our pre-existing tools, libraries and methodologies, which we license back perpetually.

Payment terms

Invoices are issued monthly, payable net-15 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments accrue interest at the statutory rate.

Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 6 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Earned fees and approved expenses remain payable.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Amsterdam courts.
